The Town of Hay River invites Proposals from qualified Proponents for the supply, delivery, commissioning, operator familiarization, and acceptance of one (1) new arena ice resurfacer. Proponents are requested to provide separate pricing for a Propane-powered machine and a battery-electric machine. The Town may select either propulsion option based on best overall value, operational suitability, infrastructure requirements, and available funding.
